My presentation does not show up and instead says "No presentation recorded by author(s)", what should I do?
Authors who did not record and upload a presentation before the deadline will not have a presentation video displayed with their paper.
Please send an email to the online chair (email@example.com) with subject "AISTATS: Missing video" and include your name and paper ID. If a video was uploaded prior to the deadline we may be able to fix the problem.
Please send a description of the problem to the online chair (firstname.lastname@example.org), or to SlidesLive support at email@example.com.
Click "Log out" in the top menu. You will be asked for your login email/password. Click on "Don't remember your password?", just above the log in button. This will send you an email to change your password.
There is no automated way to do this. If this is an urgent change please email us (from the registered email) your requested changes and we will manually change things as soon as possible.
You may need to click a button that says 'Click here to log in'. You should only need to click this once.
Please make sure you have cookies enabled and are not in "Incognito" or "Private Browsing" mode. Additionally, we have seen this happen with the Brave browser, which can be fixed by entering "Shields Down" mode. More generally, we have tested the website with Chrome and Firefox browsers, so please let us know if you experience problems with other browsers not covered above.
Your AISTATS conference login will not work for Zoom, so you may need to create a Zoom account to login and join meetings.
